Refund policy

Because of the seasonal nature of our items, all sales are final with the exception of our mixed greenery garland. If you receive damaged items please reach out to info@tableshoppeco.com within 7 days of receipt.

In the event that you need to return or exchange a mixed greenery garland you have purchased on our website, we offer a 14-day return policy after receiving your garland. All purchases of garland after December 10th are final. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to info@tableshoppeco.com. To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure that the item remains in its original packaging and is unused and in new condition.

*Please note that return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, in cases where the item is defective or due to our error, we will cover the return shipping expenses or send out a replacement.
