We recently celebrated my son's first birthday! I was really excited about his Greatest Showman theme because up until now I've done my share of girl parties with my older 3 daughters. One of my favorite parts of this party was the tabletop balloon garland coupled with white taper candles. The balloon garland is so easy to do and still has the same "wow factor" that a hanging balloon garland has. I used smaller 5 inch balloons in red, white, and gold on top of a matching paper table runner. For the garland I used the typical balloon garland supplies: glue dots and plastic garland strips.
My other favorite part of the party was the cutest little smash cake. I looked on pinterest at so many different cake designs and thought a painted/watercolor design would be the perfect fit for our one year old.
